Call for Applications to UOG’s Master of Science in Clinical Psychology Program


The Psychology Program at the University of Guam is pleased to announce that we are accepting applications for the fourth cohort of the Master of Science in Clinical Psychology (MSCP) Program, which will begin in Fall Semester 2014.  This is a two-year, full-time program leading to a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Psychology and to licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

ROBERT MAKUS CRITICAL ESSAY PRIZE (aka “The Makus Prize”)

This is a $100 annual cash prize awarded at the end of spring semester for the best critical essay written by an undergraduate or graduate student at UOG. Students currently enrolled full or part-time in any UOG college or program may submit one essay per year.

UOG Theatre presents Edward Albee’s Tony Award winning play “The Goat or, Who is Sylvia?” This black comedy takes us on a journey through the lives of an atypical modern American family facing a crisis. Albee challenges the audience to question their morality, tolerance, and perceptions of love. The cast features the Associate Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences Troy McVey, and Assistant Professor of Theater Michelle Blas.
