Dr. Camacho received a doctorate in Postsecondary and Adult Education in August 2007 from Capella University; a master of education in Special Education in May 1994 from UOG; a master of science in Speech Language Pathology in December 1989 from the University of Hawaii-Manoa; and a bachelor of arts in communication in May 1987 from UOG.
Camacho has over 25 years in the field - working as an educator and speech-language pathologist. She has written and received numerous grants and proposals to build education on Guam - from early childhood education to adult and career-technical education. She has also presented at regional national conferences in the field.
