The “deadlines” listed below for application and registration into the University of Guam are recommended timelines that students are encouraged to observe.  The University will continue to accept applications and process registration for new, first-time and returning students up to the last day of Late Registration.  However, those applicants must provide complete documentation at the time of application for acceptance into the University.

FALL 2008

August 4 & 5     Transition Student Registration FALL 2008 – English Department, 2^nd floor EC building

August 6, 7, 8    FALL 2008 - Open Registration

August 11 - 14   New Student Registration For FALL 2008

                           Senior Citizens notify Records Office of intent to participate in tuition waiver program.

August 15, 18, 19   FALL 2008 Late Registration  And Schedule Adjustment (For All Students).  Register at the Records office, Web Advisor, or any Satellite location (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday).  Payment must be completed by August 31 by 3:00 p.m. 

August 20          FALL 2008 Weekday Classes Begin

August 20-26     FALL 2008 Schedule Adjustment (Drop & Add Courses) - Make schedule adjustment at the Records office, or any Satellite location (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday) Cancellation Fees applies.

August 23          FALL 2008 Saturday Classes Begin

August 26          Deadline To Withdraw Without Transcript Records Entry For FALL 2008.

October 08         Deadline To Submit Former Student Re-Entry Application to participate in SPRING 2009 Early Registration by class level.  Students who submit Re-Entry Applications after deadline will participate in SPRING 2009 Open or Late Registration.

November 21     Deadline To Submit Resident/Non-Resident Application (except International student’s) For Admission to avoid SPRING 2009 Late Registration.
