Organic Farm Certification And Inspector Training
WHAT: UOG Cooperative Extension Service, School of Business and Public
Administration, Guam Department of Agriculture, & Florida Organic Growers
are co-sponsoring a three and half (3-1/2) day course. The course will cover Organic farm
production, the National Organic Program inspection process, inspector skills,
and USDA requirements for organic certification. The workshop is designed for the farmer/gardener who
seriously wants to obtain USDA organic certification or for individuals seeking
training towards becoming organic inspectors.
