28 August: 1^st General Faculty meeting

·      Executive committee report and coordinate plans for new year

23 September: Executive Committee meeting

• Discuss and coordinate development of new courses, cross-listings, and other matters affecting the schedule for Spring 2010

30 October: 2^nd General Faculty meeting

• Review and finalize plans for new course offerings and other program innovations for Spring 2010
• Program and Curriculum Committee discuss plans and get suggestions regarding the first annual review 

27 November: No meeting—Thanksgiving week

29 January: Executive Committee meeting

• Coordinate actions for spring semester, including implementation of the annual review of the program

26 February: 3^rd General Faculty meeting

• Review progress and discuss observations on how the program is doing, and what innovations or modifications might be advisable for AY2010-2011 as part of the annual review process
• Discuss and agree on scheduling matters (before the schedule and bulletin deadlines, which are usually about the end of March.

 26 March: Executive Committee meeting

• Follow-up on ongoing program matters

30 April: 4^th General Faculty meeting

• Committee on Program & Curriculum present annual review for faculty approval before forwarding to AVP-GSSP
• Election of program officers for AY2010-2011
