Professional and International Programs
The Office of Professional and International Programs at the University of Guam is aimed at responding to the educational, training, and employment needs of its dynamic and diverse constituencies through an array of comprehensive programs and services that facilitate learning and workforce development in an environment of open access and through lifelong educational opportunities.
The Office of Professional and International Programs helps to plan and provide many types of credit and non-credit programs to meet special interests within the community. Continuing Education programs are offered to enable you to continue your learning experiences. This may include credit and non-credit work offered during the day and evening hours. Various community education programs and seminars focus attention on social issues. Business, industry and professional organizations provide special courses at UOG for their employees. These programs can be taught on campus or at your workplace.
Monthly Training Schedule
Many credit / non-credit programs are offered each month to serve special community needs. A listing of community education courses is included on this Web site. Courses and workshops often result from requests by individuals or groups within the community. The topics vary from job skills to personal enrichment interests. Our self-paced courses are available anytime, anywhere. All you need is a web-enabled computer and a desire to learn skills that will prepare you for a new career or update current skill sets. And even though you don’t have to attend class, you won’t be on your own.
