Program Advisor
This Option B is to prepare students for vocational/technical teaching careers in senior high schools and higher education. Students seeking a degree in Secondary Education with an Option B in a Vocational/Technical Specialty receive extensive preparation in professional education, as well as training in their specialty. This is an undergraduate program in the School of Education, University of Guam, to provide opportunities for students to prepare to teach Vocational Education. Candidates will transfer thirty (30) credits of approved skill course credits to the University of Guam (from accredited institutions) and will complete the University and School of Education requirements in the areas of General Education, Professional Education, and Field Requirements for the Bachelor's Degree. All programs must be approved by the Vocational/Technical Education Faculty and will include required specialized Vocational Education courses.
