This course is focused on the study and development of criterion referenced test for students in grades 1,3,5,6, & two semesters in high school in the Guam Public Schools. The will examine the Chamorro content and performance standards approved by th Guam Board of Education as the curriculum foundation for test development. Coding and selecting test items for the respective grade levels will center on satisfying the performance or competency model of test development. It will use the EPIC model of performance objectives development and will relate to the Basic Skills Mastery Test of the Guam Department of Education.
