Freedom of Information Act Requests (FOIA)
The University of Guam fully complies with 5 GCA Ch. 10, also known as the Sunshine Law. Requests can be submitted to the Director of the Integrated Marketing and Communications. Individuals or organizations making requests should include a specific outline of the information requested and contact information.
Requestors are also asked to note that Guam law allows the University to limit the rights of inspection as outlined in 5GCA 10108 (l), A copy of the law is available with the Guam Compiler of Laws.
