Insects of Micronesia
 
Chrysosoma complicatum Becker from Likiep, Marshall Islands.
This dolichopodid fly heralded the move of Insects of Micronesia from Bishop Museum publications to Micronesica. The series continues to be edited by the entomological staff at the Bishop Museum, in collaboration with entomologists at the University of Guam.
 
The following parts have been published in Micronesica, and a list of the Bishop Museum parts (starting in 1954) was printed in Micronesica 27: 46-49.
