Below are instructions for logging into IT online resources. Please note that for quicker login you can also access these login screens via the yellow "Login" button in the right hand corner of this website. Just click on the black arrow rather than the button and you will see a drop down list of all online IT resources.

The UOG WebAdvisor system allows students, staff, and faculty to perform common online operations such as paying tuition online, checking status, checking grades, searching the course schedule, and more.
As of midnight Mon, 31 March Web Advisor will be available 24/7 except for the the following maintenance periods.
- Mon-Thurs: 8pm-11pm
- Fri: 8pm-1am
- Sat: 8pm-11pm
The GoTritons Student Email system is for student email access.
To login to the GoTritons Student Email system please make sure you have your official student email address ( should end with gotritons.uog.edu ) and password. If this is your first time logging in or you don't know what your official GoTritons Email Address is please read the Computer Center's Instructions on how to obtain your gotritons.uog.edu email address from WebAdvisor at the OIT / Computer Center .
The Triton Faculty & Staff Email system is for faculty/staff email access.
The Triton Portal system is for faculty/staff intranet/applications access.
To login to the Triton Portal system make sure you have your Triton ID and password. All faculty/staff receive a Welcome to Triton Portal email upon creation of their Triton ID within two weeks of submission of the WebAdvisor/Portal Application to HRO. If you have not received your welcome email after submitting your WebAdvisor/Portal Application please contactt OIT / Computer Center .
