The University of Guam purchased 2,000 face shields for Guam Memorial Hospital Authority with funds raised during its Livestream Telethon held last week. The university also delivered 48 bottles of hand sanitizer from Bishop Baumgartner Memorial School to GMHA.

“Thanks to the generous support of our island community and local businesses, we have been able to immediately purchase much-needed PPE and supplies for our health care workers,” UOG President Thomas W. Krise said.
