COVID-19 Vaccinations

1/19/2021

On Wednesday, January 20, and Thursday, January 21, beginning at 8:30 a.m. each day the Department of Public Health and Social Services will be conducting a vaccination clinic at the UOG Calvo Field House.

Heavy traffic and congestion are expected beginning as early as 5:30 a.m. and throughout the morning hours. Parking lots on the Field House side of the campus are expected to be full.

DPW, GPD, the Guam Army National Guard, and other volunteers will manage the flow of traffic in and out of the campus. For these two days, traffic will be one way in (Main entrance University Drive / JU Torres Drive) and one way out (GWHS side).

Visiting Campus

UOG employees and students planning to come to the campus on those days should place the attached appropriate placard on their dashboards and bring their UOG IDs for verification. For your convenience, the placards are available in green or black.

Employees and students should be able to enter campus from the GWHS side as an exception (one way out area).  Make your way to the GWHS side, present your ID and placard, and inform the traffic controller of your status as an employee or student. Use your emergency blinkers if traveling across lanes and making your way to enter the campus.

Should you need assistance getting onto campus, contact: Al Garrido, UOG Safety & Security Administrator, at (671) 929-2155.
