Important Dates
Fañomnåkan 2026 (Spring Semester)
- Fañomnåkan 2025 UOG Application deadline: Friday, November 14, 2025.
Recommended: Apply by Wednesday, October 29, 2025 (at least one week before NSE early registration begins). - NSE early registration begins: Wednesday, November 5, 2025
- Residence halls move-in date: Sunday, January 18, 2026
- New Student Orientation: January. Attendance is recommended.
- Classes begin: Wednesday, January 21, 2026.
Fanuchånan 2026 (Fall Semester)
- UOG Application deadline: Friday, July 17, 2026
Recommended: Apply by Wednesday, April 1, 2026 (at least one week before NSE early registration begins). - NSE early registration begins: Wednesday, April 8, 2026
- Residence halls move-in date: Sunday, August 16, 2026
- New Student Orientation: August 2026. Attendance is recommended.
- Classes begin: Wednesday, August 19, 2026.
Things to do:
- Placement Agreement Form (PAF) – Contact your home coordinator to ensure that your PAF has been sent to UOG, so
that we can confirm your exchange attendance with UOG.
- Application – Please complete the UOG Admissions Application process as quickly as possible at
https://www.uog.edu/admissions/apply-online. The required fee is $52. This application must be submitted, and an offer of admission
must be made before you can apply for housing.
- Admission Requirements - Submit and complete the admission requirements. Click HERE. Contact the UOG NSE Coordinator if you need clarification and/or assistance.
- Housing – Review the Student Housing Services website. You must complete the housing application
and submit the $100 housing security deposit. No late applications will be accepted.
The UOG Student Identification number is needed to complete the application. Your
ID number will be created following your offer of admission.
NOTE: NSE students are STRONGLY encouraged to consider on-campus living. - Cost of Living – Review this cost of living Guam can be very expensive and rental properties near campus are outside the budget
for college students.
- Health Clearance – Please review health clearance requirements for new students. Complete the Health
Clearance form and submit it as soon as possible. You may not register for classes
until you have received health clearance.
- Financial Aid – Effective December 1, 2022, for exchange applications and placements in the 2023-2024
academic year, the NSE HOME Campus will award and disburse federal financial aid for
all outbound students regardless of payment plan (Home or Host).
- Cost of Attendance – For information on the costs of attending the University of Guam on Plan A, see
the current Cost of Attendance. Plan A students will pay the resident tuition.
- Unofficial Transcript – You must send an unofficial transcript after final grades have been released from
your home institution as a PDF email attachment.
- Plan your schedule – Review the University of Guam course catalog and the schedule of classes.
- Registration – Prepare to register for the Fanuchånan (Fall) 2026 in April and Fañomnåkan (Spring)
2027 semester in October. Registration is completed online. A UOG Student Identification
number is needed to register. Your ID number will be created following your offer
of admission.
