Eligibility Requirements

General Eligibility Requirement Prior to Exchange:

• Be in good academic and financial standing.
• Baccalaureate degree seeking undergraduate student.
• Completion of one academic year (24 credits) at an NSE campus prior to exchange.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
• Good academic and financial standing.
• No incomplete grades from previous terms.

Priority Placements (Fall 2026 & Spring 2027) - February 5, 2026
Direct Placements (Spring 2027) – October 30, 2026

AY 2027-2028 Application Deadlines:

Priority Placements (Fall 2027 & Spring 2028) - February 7, 2027
Direct Placements (Spring 2028) – October 29, 2027

Cost

$150.00 NSE Application Fee – Paid online upon application submission.
$90.00 UOG NSE Application Fee – Paid to the UOG Cashier.
