The University of Guam Women's Varsity Volleyball Team defeated Guam Community College 3-0 on Wednesday night in the Guam Women's College Volleyball League at the UOG Calvo Field House.

The Tritons dominated the match, winning the sets 25-15, 25-14 and 25-19. GCC played a solid game in the 3rd set, but UOG was able to pull away at the end of the game to win by 6 points and capture the match. The Tritons are now 4-0 in the league and have assured themselves of at least a tie for first place in the regular season.

GCC is now 2-2 on the season and is tied with the UOG Women's Volleyball Club Team for 2nd place in the league.

UOG Varsity plays Pacific Islands University (0-4) next Tuesday in the opening match of the night at 6:00 p.m., while UOG Club faces GCC next Tuesday in the 8:00 p.m. nightcap.
