The University of Guam Men's Basketball Team came out on Triton Night and defeated the MacTech Nerds 103-56 in front of several hundred Triton fans at the UOG Calvo Field House in the Triton Men’s Basketball League.

UOG dominated the game from start to finish. The Tritons led 26-15 after the first quarter and doubled their score in the 2nd quarter, scoring 26 points again to lead 52-28 at half-time.

In the 2nd half, the Tritons put up 16 points in the 3rd period to lead 68-42. At the end of the period, they scored 35 points in the 4th period to break the century mark and win the game 103-56.

UOG was led by Billy Belger with 20 points while Blake Jenkins added 18 points and 15 rebounds. Geno Anderson scored 12 points and Anthony Brown added 11 points with 10 rebounds. Chaz Barbour scored 17 for the Nerds and Quinton Borja dropped in 11 points.

The Tritons go to 3-0 in the Triton Men's Basketball League and play the MVPs on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. in the UOG Hall of Fame game. The MacTech Nerds goes to 1-2 on the season and face the UOG Trident MBC on Sunday at 4:00 p.m.
