Brown and Caldwell awarded five $1,000 scholarships to University of Guam pre-engineering and environmental science students today. The scholarships were the fourth set in a five-year collaborative program between UOG and the engineering firm. To date, the firm has awarded $15,000 to UOG students pursuing degrees in the sciences.
