University of Guam accounting students Giovanni Aldan, Mark Natividad, and Starr Perman and their faculty advisor Doreen T. Crisostomo were presented with a legislative resolution by Sen. Amanda Shelton on Jan. 17 for their efforts towards government finance data analysis and winning the 2019 Government Finance Case Challenge of the Association of Government Accountants. The presentation for Resolution No. 272-35 took place on Jan. 17 at the Guam Congress Building.
