The head of UOG's ROTC program, Lt. Col. Thomas Anderson, took the spotlight in his hometown newspaper on Aug. 13. The article tracks his 18 years of active duty Army service, which has led him to UOG, where he trains and teaches cadets in Guam and Saipan to become Army officers while they pursue their degrees.
