Geographic Information Specialist Maria Kottermair with the Research Corporation of the University of Guam has developed an online map to connect residents with public service agencies and businesses that are open during the COVID-19 lockdown. The map, at www.mapguam.com, was a personal project of Kottemair's that is free for the community to use.
