Alumnus opens 'Spanish Legacy in Guam' exhibit in Spain
Clark Limtiaco, a 2000 Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Studies alumnus of the University of Guam, has opened an exhibit in Spain showcasing more than 100 images of the Hispanic heritage of the CHamoru people. He hopes the exhibit will stimulate students and professors in Spain to take a closer look at the country's 333-year occupation of Guam and the resulting blend of Pacific Islander and Hispanic heritages.
