Deadline extended! Grad students, don't miss this paid cancer research opportunity
The University of Guam Cancer Center is accepting applications for a Graduate Research Fellowship in Cancer Disparities for the Fañomnåkan (Jan.-May) 2021 semester. Master's students at the University of Guam are invited to apply for a graduate assistantship or a research assistant position by the extended deadline of Jan. 31, 2021.
Initial appointment is for one semester, but extensions are possible for up to two years with satisfactory performance. Tuition waivers up to $3,000 per semester, per student, are possible. Up to an additional $6,000 per semester is available for students who wish to work as research assistants on a U54 Pacific Island Partnership for Cancer Health Equity (PIPCHE) research project. Students may apply for one or both forms of funding but are encouraged to apply for both.
