Applicants must submit the following completed documents:

• Nursing admission application
• Letter of acceptance into Pre-Nursing Level
• Placement worksheet (meet with your advisor to complete the worksheet attached)
• Letter of intent addressed to AASC that includes:
  • current pre-requisite and cumulative GPA
  • evidence of completion of all pre-requisites
  • plans for success in the program
  • evidence of acceptance at the Pre-Nursing Level

Note: The California Reading Test (CRT) and unofficial college transcripts are waived for AY2021 Nursing applications.

All documents must be submitted together via email to nursingaasc@triton.uog.edu. (As a kind reminder, the campus is closed. Physical copies will not be accepted.) Please use your UOG Triton email address for all email correspondence.
