Students in grades Kindergarten through 12th grade are invited to submit an entry to the 43rd Annual Island Wide Science Fair by a new extended deadline of April 5. Entries are open to students in public, private, or DODEA schools as well as homeschooled students. Complete details can be found at the link below.

Key dates:
  • April 5 (new extended deadline): Entries due online (including virtual poster and project report) by 5 p.m.
  • March 26-April 7: First round of judging
  • April 9: Finalists to set up projects from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. (on Zoom or at University of Guam, depending on COVID status)
  • April 10: Island Wide Science Fair main event from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. (on Zoom or at University of Guam, depending on COVID status)

The University of Guam, the Center for Island Sustainability, UOG Sea Grant, and the Guam EPSCoR program through the University of Guam are major contributors to this island-wide event.
