SUBJECT: UOG Announcement | COVID Safety Requirements for UOG Activities and Refreshments

Håfa Adai, UOG Employees!

COVID-19 Safety Requirements for On/Off-Campus Activities and Refreshments:

1. If you're sick or have been in recent contact with someone who is sick, stay home. 
2. Follow all COVID signage and instructions.
3. Wear a mask covering both nose and mouth at all times.
4. Sign in upon entering buildings and offices for contact-tracing purposes.
5. Do temperature checks as required. 
6. Maintain six feet of social distance at all times.
7. Wash or sanitize hands frequently.
8. Employees and room hosts: Sanitize high-contact surfaces frequently.
9. Refreshments and meals: To-go meals and drinks are strongly encouraged for all UOG activities on and off campus, to include activities that have break sessions.
10. Any refreshments to be offered at an activity must be previously approved by the Office of the Senior Vice President & Provost. All food and beverages should be consumed OUTSIDE and with at least six feet of social distancing.
11. Avoid congregating in buildings and parking lots. 

The room host/instructor is responsible for implementing and enforcing these COVID safety rules at all times.
