The University of Guam Board of Regents passed 14 resolutions at its Sept. 16, 2021, board meeting. 

 


  • Resolution No. 21-16
    Awards Emeritus Professor of Education status to Dr. Yukiko Inoue-Smith
  • Resolution No. 21-17
    Awards Emeritus Professor of Music status to Dr. Randall Johnson
  • Resolution No. 21-18
    Formally affirms the Principles of Academic Freedom based on the AAUP Statement (1940) of Principles of Academic Freedom
  • Resolution No. 21-19
    Establishes a Policy for Compensatory Time-Off for University of Guam administrators and classified exempt employees
  • Resolution No. 21-20
    Establishes the positions of publishing director (UOG Press)
  • Resolution No. 21-21
    Expresses appreciation to Mebric S. Navisaga for his service as a member of the Board of Regents
