The University of Guam Employee Colorectal Cancer Screening Initiative team invites you to participate in a follow-up survey about colorectal cancer and screening.
UOG employees will be asked questions online during the 10- to 15-minute survey at https://url.uog.edu/bitLdv
The survey is completely anonymous and voluntary and is open from now until April 14, 2023.
Survey participants will have the opportunity to enter a raffle for a $20 gift.
This survey follows the Colorectal Cancer Screening Initiative team’s several virtual informational sessions about colorectal cancer in 2022.
