Tritons, Crusaders to compete for Guam Amateur Baseball league crown

The University of Guam Triton Baseball Team will face the Crusaders in the championship game of the Guam Amateur Baseball League on Tuesday night at 6:30 p.m. at the Triple J Baseball Complex at Okkodo High School.
The Tritons enter the game as the only undefeated team in the double elimination playoff tournament, as the Crusaders have had to make their way through the losers' bracket after they lost their opening playoff game to the Braves. The Tritons have won three straight games in the playoffs to reach the championship game while it took the Crusaders four wins to reach the finals after their opening loss.
If the Crusaders win the first game on Tuesday, the “If Necessary” game will be played on Wednesday, Dec. 21 at 6:30 p.m., at Okkodo High School to decide the Amateur League championship.
