The University of Guam welcomes Tes Reyes-Burrier as an Advancement Associate under the Office of the President. Reyes-Burrier will lead key initiatives in fundraising, advancement services, stewardship, planned giving, and alumni relations

The University of Guam is pleased to welcome Tes Reyes-Burrier as its new Advancement Associate under the Office of the President.

In this position, Reyes-Burrier will play an integral role in shaping the University’s Advancement Office by leading key initiatives in fundraising, advancement services, stewardship, planned giving, and alumni relations. She will support fundraising efforts led by the Office of the President and the UOG Endowment Foundation and work closely with university personnel to foster stronger engagement among donors and alumni.

“We are thrilled to welcome Tes Reyes-Burrier to the University of Guam as our new Advancement Associate," said UOG President Dr. Anita Borja Enriquez. "Ms. Reyes-Burrier’s arrival marks an exciting chapter for our institution as we continue to expand our outreach and engagement efforts. Her expertise will be instrumental in advancing our mission and strengthening connections within our community."

Reyes-Burrier brings more than 30 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, project and retail management, public relations, and marketing. Prior to joining UOG, she served as the Public Information Officer for the Guam Department of Education, where she fostered active engagement among stakeholders and the broader community. She also launched and hosted EduKuentos, a weekly radio talk show on Wave 105.1 FM, which provided updates on school events, student and teacher achievements, and key department initiatives.

Reflecting on her new role, Reyes-Burrier said, “I’m excited and honored to join the University of Guam and to work alongside such dedicated individuals under the leadership of Dr. Anita Borja Enriquez. I look forward to contributing to the university’s mission and making a positive impact in our community."
