While technology has made access easier, it’s also made it harder to tell truth from misinformation, especially when it comes to health. Most youth use smartphones, tablets, and gaming devices daily, often spending hours online. This can lead to unhealthy habits like skipping meals, losing sleep, and ignoring responsibilities.
