UOG Horizons: Knowledge for Life - New Year’s resolution: Listen to silence
As I consider my New Year’s resolutions for 2026, I find myself reflecting on a few books I first read more than 50 years ago during my early college years in Austria. Although life has changed dramatically since then - we had no computers, no internet, no mobile phones - many of those old books still hold valuable lessons for how we live our lives here on Guam today.
