The game started as a close battle. FairZesh took an early lead in the first period, going up by as much as 10 points. UOG fought back and tied the game toward the end of the quarter. FairZesh still ended the first 10 minutes ahead by two points, 17–15.
 
The second period followed the same pattern. FairZesh pulled ahead by 5–7 points, and UOG answered each time to tie the game or cut the lead to one. UOG won the quarter 22–21, but FairZesh held a 38–37 lead at halftime.
 
In the second half, UOG struggled to find their comeback rhythm. FairZesh continued to apply pressure and won the third period 29–20, pushing the Tritons down by 10 entering the fourth, 67–57.
 
The fourth quarter unfolded in a similar way. FairZesh maintained their pressure, and UOG was unable to recover. FairZesh won the quarter 25–18, and UOG fell further behind, ultimately losing 92–75.
 
Chris Conner led FairZesh with 23 points, while Maverick Martines and Chad Buteau added 18 and 17 points. Jordan Madrazo led UOG with 22 points, and Isaac Orlando and Ralph Macaldo added 13 points each.
 
FairZesh is now 1–1 in the Triton League, and the UOG Tritons fall to 1–2.
