The University of Guam has selected D2L Brightspace as the University’s new Learning Management System (LMS).
The selection follows feedback gathered through LMS surveys from UOG faculty, staff,
and students. Campus input played an important role in identifying the features, functionality,
and support needed to best serve the UOG community.
UOG will work closely with D2L Brightspace to develop a comprehensive implementation and onboarding plan. A detailed timeline will be shared once finalized, including key milestones, transition information, and training and support opportunities for faculty, staff, and students.
Additional information regarding Moodle will also be provided in the coming weeks, including its role during the transition period, course migration planning, timelines, and available support resources. The transition process will prioritize clear communication, continuity, and support across the UOG community.
D2L Brightspace offers tools and capabilities designed to enhance teaching and learning, improve the student experience, and support innovation, collaboration, and engagement across the University.
