The University of Guam Men's Basketball Team raced to a 33–8 lead after the first quarter on October 11 against the MicroFriends. They, however, lost the game in overtime, 97–95. Fairzesh pulled a bit of a surprise, defeating the U17 National Team 85–81 in the second game.

The MicroFriends were late to the opening game, starting with only five players. The UOG Tritons took advantage with their best offensive performance so far this season, scoring 33 points in the first quarter. Javan Naputi led the way with 12 points, while the MicroFriends, having no warm-up time, could only manage eight points and fell behind by 25. The MicroFriends began cutting into the Tritons’ lead in the second quarter, outscoring UOG 21–18 and going into halftime down 51–29.

The MicroFriends continued their momentum in the third period, outscoring UOG 27–18 and cutting the lead to 69–56, putting them within striking distance. Ken Brozo caught fire in the fourth quarter, scoring 15 points and matching UOG’s output for the period. Overall, the MicroFriends outscored the Tritons 28–15 in the quarter, tying the game 84–84 at the end of regulation.

It was a close game in overtime, with both teams trading the lead. However, Vander Valentino scored six points for the MicroFriends to secure a 97–95 comeback victory.

Ken Brozo led the MicroFriends with 24 points, and Jose Ignacio added 21. Javan Naputi scored 22 for the Tritons, while Jaedon Waay contributed 16.

The MicroFriends are now 1–1 in the Triton League, while UOG falls to 0–2.

In the second game, Fairzesh came ready to play and started strong against the Guam Select U17 team, taking a 21–16 lead after the first quarter. Fairzesh maintained their momentum in the second quarter, with BJ Artui scoring 14 points. They outscored Guam Select 25–23, leading 46–39 at halftime.

The consistent Fairzesh squad expanded their lead in the third period, outscoring the U17ers 21–15, with Artui adding another 10 points. The U17ers attempted a comeback in the final 10 minutes, putting up 27 points in the fourth quarter. However, Fairzesh held on, scoring 18 points in the final period to secure an 85–81 victory.

BJ Artui finished with 35 points for Fairzesh, while Chris Conner added 22. Guam Select U17 had a balanced attack, with Tristan Hahn scoring 16 points, Francis Jones adding 15, and both Darnell Camacho and Darwin Ecijan contributing 14 points each.

Fairzesh improved to 2–0 in the league, while Guam Select U17 dropped to 0–2.

On Friday night, October 10, 2025, Guam Nationals defeated Team Kaya 110–58, and KFC Bombers beat Northern Construction 94–80.
