The University of Guam will reopen its campus on Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2026, with classes and campus activities resuming following Super Typhoon Champi.
“I want to thank our employees, especially our Facilities Management and Services team, for preparing our campus for reopening,” said Dr. Anita Borja Enriquez, UOG President. “We also thank our government partners for their support, particularly the Office of the Governor, Guam Power Authority, Guam Waterworks Authority, and Mangilao Mayor’s Office, for their assistance and coordination throughout the restoration efforts.”
Deans and faculty will communicate directly with students regarding any changes to class locations or modes of instruction.
The University appreciates the patience, understanding, and cooperation of students, faculty, and staff as the campus returns to normal operations.
Students and employees are encouraged to continue monitoring official UOG communication channels for campus updates.
