Service Credit Obligation

Individuals who are recipients of the following programs: Merit, GovGuam Student Loan, Pro-Tech, AHEG, Nurse Training, Yamashita, Doc Sanchez, Social Work, and UOG Retention, are obligated to submit proof of employment every June and December until they fulfill their service credit obligation.

The following forms are acceptable for upload:

Income Tax (W2)
Acceptance Letter
