Governor Lou Leon Guerrero anticipates placing Guam in Condition of Readiness (COR) 3 at 5 p.m., April 10, 2026. At COR 3, damaging winds of 39 mph or more are expected within 48 hours.
The Joint Information Center (JIC) has been activated, and we will forward JIC releases which contain the latest updates from GovGuam. JIC releases are posted on the GHS website at https://ghs.guam.gov/ and will also be posted on the UOG website at https://www.uog.edu/campus-advisories.
