ABOUT
Phil coordinates outreach in coral reefs, energy, and sustainability to interns and the general public at tabling events and festivals. He manages Tasi Beach Guides and the Green Interns Program, helping raise awareness at popular Guam beaches. Phil also provides administrative support for UOG Sea Grant.
