Real Estate / Insurance Exams Testing Schedule

Test time will only be at 1 p.m. (Check-in begins at 12 p.m.). Deadline to register is 12:00pm on the day prior to the intended exam date. Confirmation emails will be sent on Thursday after 12:00pm.
All Real Estate / Insurance examinations are by APPOINTMENT ONLY. 2026 dates have now been posted!
EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2022: The Guam Department of Revenue and Taxation will begin
requiring pre-license education. All candidates wanting to obtain a Life and Health,
Property and Casualty or Adjuster license in Guam will need to complete an exam prep
course covering topics on the exam content outline. Upon completion of an exam prep
course a certificate of completion will be issued for candidates to present before
taking the Guam licensing exam at the University of Guam.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Only cash payments will be accepted on the day of the test. Individuals must make payment prior to the test at the UOG GLE (formerly PIP) office located on the 2nd Floor of the MARC Building / Computer Lab on the day of the exam.
- Examinations will be held at the Annex A Building.
TESTING REQUIREMENTS
- All test takers must present a valid photo identification card and pay the $50 testing fee. CASH ONLY.
- Cellphones, study materials, and other electronic items such as iPods, iPads, computers, laptops, smart watches, cameras, and recording devices are prohibited.
- Only basic calculators are allowed (no scientific or graphing calculators are allowed).
We do not provide calculators.
Driver's Written Exams Testing Schedule
- If you are scheduling your upcoming driver’s written examination, please visit the Department of Revenue and Taxation’s Department of Motor Vehicle division. You may also schedule online at MyID.Guam.Gov.
Driver's written examinations will be limited to 75 individuals per session to ensure social distancing requirements are met.Only cash payments will be accepted on the day of the test. Individuals should report to the GLE (formerly PIP) office located on the 2nd floor of the MARC Building / Computer Lab.
Driver's Examinations will be held at the Annex A building. |
