You are running for Governor.  You need to prepare a platform on sustainability relative to our tourism industry.  Guam’s tourism industry seeks more and more arrivals to be economically sustainable.

What will you do to balance that need with Guam’s political, economic, geographic, size, and natural resource limitations?  You have significant latitude to develop policies to promote both public and private sector projects incorporating sustainable policies including but not limited to recycling, reuse, pollution, and eco-tourism.

Use your creativity to make either a TV Ad for your campaign or write a speech that you will deliver at a public event.
