The University of Guam Triton Athletics announced today that the Men's Basketball Program has signed George Washington High School standout, Fabvick Romos, to UOG Athletic Letter of Intent and a partial scholarship to play basketball for the Tritons in 2018-19.

The 5'8" point guard was a two year captain at GW and was named Honorable Mention All-Island in 2018. He led the Geckos in assists as a senior and was named "All-Defensive" on a GW team trip to the Philippines last year.

Romos was a member of the Guam Junior National Team.

The Tritons were 30-0 in 2017-18 with 3 league titles during their academic year. UOG will begin their 2018-19 season in September in the Guam Basketball Challenge on Andersen Air Force Base. UOG plans to play in the GBA, Guam Men's College Basketball League and the Andersen's March Madness Tournament in 2018-19.
