For the first time in more than 16 years, the University of Guam is proud to relaunch
Triton Athletics.
UOG has a strong history of stellar athletes who perform both in the classroom and
on the field/court. With the resurgence of organized sports, the University of Guam
is able to provide a holistic experience and garner camaraderie and pride across the
campus.

The Lady Triton Volleyball League regular season concluded with the Rogues staying undefeated, Au Mana securing the #3 Seed after a thrilling win over the Lady Bombers, and Guam Pro 1 clinching the #2 Seed. Playoffs begin Tuesday, April 29, with the Lady Tritons facing Guam Pro 2 in the first round.
The UOG Tritons fell to Fairzesh 84-71 on April 28 at the UOG Calvo Field House despite leading for most of the game. Fairzesh surged in the second half, led by standout performances from EJ Mori and Dave Sardoma. The rough matchup included multiple technical fouls and an ejection, marking the Tritons' final game of the season. Fairzesh, now 4-7, moves on to face the KFC Bombers in the Triton League semifinals on May 2, with a shot at the championship against Team Austability.
Team Austability advanced to the Triton Men's Basketball League Championship after defeating the KFC Bombers 85-75 on April 23 at the UOG Calvo Field House. With a dominant defensive performance in the first half and standout scoring from Joe Blas and Ben Borja, Austability secured a spot in the May 5 title game. Tez Williams led the Bombers' second-half comeback attempt, but it wasn't enough. All Triton League games are streamed live on the UOG Triton Athletics Facebook page.
The University of Guam Men's Basketball Team earned a thrilling first victory of the season by upsetting the MicroFriends 88-84 in a Triton Men's Basketball League elimination game on April 23. Despite a winless record entering the matchup, the Tritons delivered their best performance of the year to knock the MicroFriends out of playoff contention. Key plays by Jacob Mercado, Kyle Watanabe, Gilbert Hollingsworth, and Michael Qvinata helped UOG close the game strong. The Tritons now face Fairzesh in another elimination game on Monday, April 28, with a shot at the championship on the line. Watch all games live on the UOG Triton Athletics Facebook page.
With Tuesday's results, most of the playoff seeds fell into place in the Lady Triton Volleyball League.
