The University of Guam Triton Athletics and Field House Department has announced the Class of 2026 for the UOG Athletic Hall of Fame. The class is the largest in Hall of Fame history, with nine individuals and two teams joining the 58 individuals and two teams already inducted into the UOG Athletic Hall of Fame.
The UOG Lady Tritons played a decent first half against Fuetsa on Wednesday, September 16, until Anslie Sarsalejo came alive in the second half, pulling Fuetsa to an 86-46 win. The Stingrays also picked up their first win of the Super League, defeating the BallHers 50-44 in the opening game of the night.
The UOG Tritons battled through a tough match against HAGGAN on the night of Tuesday, September 15, at the UOG Calvo Field House but came up short, falling 3-1. Local Strains also defeated U-Fly 3-1 in the opening match of the night.
ButterHouse and the UOG Tritons are moving in opposite directions in the Triton Men's Volleyball League. ButterHouse took over the top spot in the league with a 3-2 win over HAGGAN on Friday night, September 11, while the UOG Tritons moved into last place with a 3-1 loss to UMITIDE.
A slow start put the Lady Tritons in an early hole they could not escape, as the Lady Nationals cruised to a 74-35 victory Monday night, September 14, in the Lady Triton Super League at the UOG Calvo Field House. In the second game, Fuetsa continued its strong start to the season with a 102-35 rout of JusForFuns.
