20-year-old small business owner wants Guam to Lighten Up!
Keandra McDonald, a 20-year-old University of Guam student, celebrates the grand opening of her small business March 9 at the Agana Shopping Center.
"I've always wanted to own my own business," McDonald said. "Sometimes I don't really know what I'm doing, but I'm learning as I go."
McDonald's shop, Lighten Up!, is located on the second floor. It sells what she describes as all things cheerful and bright: lighted novelties; home and party decorations; colorful stationary; and gifts for people of all ages. Read more.
