The University of Guam Men's Soccer Team signed Phoenix Pahl to a UOG Athletics Letter of Intent and partial tuition scholarship to play for the Tritons in 2019-2020. Pahl is the first UOG signee for any sport of the 2019-2020 academic year.

Pahl comes to UOG from St. Paul Christian School, where he was an All-Island Honorable Mention soccer player in 2018 as the Warriors finished in the top four on the island in the IIAAG playoffs. Pahl led the team in assists. Pahl also played on the third-place St. Paul's soccer team in 2016.

Pahl currently plays for the Islanders FC premier league team as a starter and played in the Wings FC organization for several years. He was a four-time champion in that club.

As a student, Pahl was a member of the National Honor Society, a St. Paul's Honor Roll students, and a Top 20 Student at the school.

He also played basketball for the 2018-2019 IIAAG Championship St. Paul's team and played boys volleyball for the Warriors.
