The University of Guam Men's Soccer Team will face fellow Guam Football Association's Budweiser Men's Amateur League Team, FC Beercelona, at 7 p.m. on Friday, May 10, at the GFA National Training Center in the second round of the GFA Challenge Cup by Jamaican Grill.

FC Beercelona defeated Gino's FC (Master's League Team) 12-1 on May 4 in the open round of the Challenge Cup at the GFA Complex. Beercelona went out to a 8-0 lead in the first half and then finished off Geno's with a 4-1 score in the second half. The Tritons had a bye in the opening round of the Cup as Amateur League champs.

UOG is 2-0 versus Beercelona during the Amateur League season, with the Tritons winning 9-1 and 7-2 during the regular season. With a win, UOG can advance to the quarter-finals of the tournament.

UOG has a 15-1-0 record with a 15-match winning streak after losing its opening match of the season. The Tritons will not have played since April 14, when they had a 3-2 victory over the Crushers FC to finish the Amateur League season.
