The 2019-2020 U.S. Pacific Territories Fishery Capacity-Building Scholarship scholarship supports the aspiration of American Samoa, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands to build their capacity to effectively manage their fisheries and related resources through employment of their own people. The scholarship covers the cost of tuition and fees and some living expenses.

Deadline to apply is March 1, 2019.
