Scholarship opportunity for graduate biology students
Students pursing a master's in biology at the University of Guam may apply for a scholarship made available by the Western Pacific Regional Fishery Management Council and its Education Committee.
The 2019-2020 U.S. Pacific Territories Fishery Capacity-Building Scholarship scholarship supports the aspiration of American Samoa, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands to build their capacity to effectively manage their fisheries and related resources through employment of their own people. The scholarship covers the cost of tuition and fees and some living expenses.
Deadline to apply is March 1, 2019.
