In memoriam: Brian Millhoff

The University of Guam mourns the loss Brian L. Millhoff, who passed on Nov. 17, 2020, in Savannah, Ga., at the age of 72.
Brian worked as an associate professor in the AV Department at the University of Guam's Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Library for 17 years, and before that he lived on Saipan from 1981-1988. He retired in 2013 and moved to Savannah and lived there until his passing.
His passing comes just a few weeks after the passing of his beloved wife, Kathleen, who made her own mark on Guam and in Saipan working in the field of education, especially with people with disabilities.
Brian is survived by his two daughters, Krishna and Rivka Millhoff, and three grandchildren.
A graveside service took place on Nov. 20 at Bonaventure Cemetery in Savannah. His family hosted a devotional gathering on Nov. 21 via Zoom that brought together people from around the world to offer prayers and stories about their memories of Brian.
