Rotarians briefed on effort to reopen Guam’s economy both efficiently and safely
It wasn’t long after the first COVID-19 lockdown in March that Guam's business community and government officials approached the University of Guam and its Regional Center for Public Policy, looking for ways to recover from what was anticipated to be a huge hit by the pandemic.
One direct result was creation of the Guam Recovery group, John J. Rivera, assistant professor of public administration told members of the Rotary Club of Northern Guam during a Wednesday Zoom meeting....
