Board of Regents passes nine resolutions

The University of Guam Board of Regents passed the following resolutions on Feb. 18 and March 11, 2021:

  • Resolution No. 21-01
    Approves the proposed Student Financial Assistance Program FY2022 budget
  • Resolution No. 21-02
    Awards Emeritus Professor of Philosophy status to Dr. Kim Skoog
  • Resolution No. 21-03
    Adjusts the capital projects manager salary range in order to remain competitive within industry and corrects alignment for the associate budget and administrative process officer
  • Resolution No. 21-04
    Adopts the third revised UOG COVID-19 response differential pay policy and procedures to reduce the spread of COVID-19
  • Resolution No. 21-05
    Amends the UOG procurement regulations to authorize small purchases of part-time teaching and instructor services and applies UOG's small-purchase procedure to include other professionals
  • Resolution No. 21-06
    Approves the revisions to the UOG Investment Policy Statement
  • Resolution No. 21-07
    Approves a plan for borrowing for the University of Guam
  • Resolution No. 21-08
    Approves the FY2022 general operations budget and special appropriations budgets
  • Resolution No. 21-09
    Accepts the results of the Deloitte & Touche LLP financial statements audit and compliance audit for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2020
